Chick-fil-A West Columbia and Chick-fil-A Saluda Pointe enjoy hosting spirit nights for our community schools! 

We ask that you provide your request one month prior to your requested Spirit Night to allow us time to plan with you and make your event a success. 

What to expect once your form is submitted: 

Please expect a reply within 7-10 business days. If you do not receive a reply within 10 days, unfortunately we are unable to accommodate the requested date at this time. 

What is Spirit Night?

• Spirit Nights are the ultimate low cost, no-effort fundraiser! Just invite your teachers, kids, and families to eat delicious Chick-fil-A® Chicken. 

• Spirit Nights are typically held Tuesday or Thursday from 5pm - 8pm, for our local schools.

• Participants receive 15% of the generated sales, from their supporters, before tax.

What are the guidelines?

• While our team will strive to ask all guests whether or not they're participating in Spirit Night, your supporters MUST tell the Team Members they are with your group in order for the sale to be counted.

• Absolutely no solicitation is allowed. We don't want our guests to feel any pressure whatsoever, so our Spirit Night participants cannot approach our guests in any fashion.

• You may provide balloon bouquets or posters that read, "Your School Name Spirit Night!" in our drive-thru or dining room. The more spirit, the better. You are not permitted to congregate outside of your vehicle.

• Spirit Nights must generate a minimum of $250 in sales.

What do we provide?

• Flyers. We can email you event-specific Flyers (up to 4 a page) so you can distribute them to students and staff. 

• Facebook cover. We can email you a jpeg to post on your school's Facebook page. 

• Spirit Night Stickers can be provided. 

• Great service! Our team will be ready to host your guests to a fun night with delicious, freshly prepared food.
