OLGH VBS will occur on June 26-28, from 8:45 am until 12 noon.  Monday and Tuesday we will begin with Mass and Wednesday we will include Eucharistic Adoration and the day will end with Foam Machine Party. We will be able to accommodate 150 Attendees, however the number of attendees will need to correspond with the number of adult volunteers we receive. In order to have 150 participants, we will need at least 30 adult volunteers.  ALL ADULT VOLUNTEERS 18+ WILL NEED TO COMPLETE THE DIOCESAN SAFE ENVIRONMENT TRAINING BEFORE JUNE 10.  PLEASE REGISTER EARLY SO THAT WE CAN PROCESS ALL THE APPLICANTS IN A TIMELY MANNER. IF YOU HAVE ALREADY COMPLETED THE TRAINING AND YOUR STATUS IS CURRENT, YOU WILL NOT NEED TO DO ANYTHING MORE AT THIS TIME.  HOWEVER, IF YOU HAVE NOT BEEN TRAINED, AFTER YOU SUBMIT THE VBS REGISTRATION INFO, WE WILL CONTACT YOU WITH THE NEXT STEPS THAT NEED TO BE COMPLETED. ALL OTHER REGISTRATIONS FOR YOUTH 18 AND UNDER NEEDS TO BE SUBMITTED BEFORE JUNE 19th AS WELL AS THE SUBMISSION OF ANY PAYMENTS DUE IN ORDER FOR REGISTRATION TO BE COMPLETE.
