FAIMS3 Demo: User Enrolment
This is a short registration form so that we can allocate permissions for you to access the FAIMS3 demo application.

STEP 1  

Before completing this form you will need to register with the authentication service, Data Central. If you do not already have a Data Central account, go to:

1. https://accounts.datacentral.org.au/register/
2. Take a note of your Data Central user name.

Please allow 1 business day for your registration to be confirmed.

Access to the FAIMS3 Demo Server is provided for the purpose of creating and testing trial notebooks only. For field trials, users are responsible for testing all aspects of notebook functionality including notebook set up, data collection, saving and exporting data. No warranty is provided for data loss. Do not store sensitive or highly sensitive data according to the Australian Privacy Act on this server, as we cannot guarantee access controls on this server. The server may be reset without notice. Access to the FAIMS3 Demo Server may be revoked at short notice. Records created in shared notebooks will be visible to other users.
