Your payment will be processed upon acceptance. Refund policy: If you must cancel your participation as a vendor after acceptance, please inform us in writing, by mail or email. Refunds will be issued (less a $25 processing fee) for requests received more than 15 days before the Festival begins. No refund will be issued for cancellations less than 15 days prior to the first day of the Festival.

RULES & REGULATIONS 
- Vendors will clean their area following closing time on  Sunday at 3:00 pm. 
- Vendors need to be out of their space no later than 8pm. Please leave area as clean as you found it. 
- Vendor must take garbage to dumpsters. 
- Management shall have sole discretion to reject, eject,       or withdraw any vendor from the event at anytime.
-Vendors agree to have their booth staffed during all Festival hours of operation listed. 
- No Smoking in the booth area

DUE DATE: Applications must be received/postmarked by December 31, 2023, Late applications will be considered if space is available.
GOOD FAITH Pledge for artists/craftspeople Only- I confirm that I will be selling only the items I have presented to the jury, which do not include any items that are  imported, on consignment or farmed-out piecework. All items presented for sale at the Festival are made by me and are not made by an assembly line process. I will personally be in attendance at the Festival. BY INITIALING YOU AGREE TO ABOVE STATEMENT.
