- Field Trips are available on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Field Trips are two hours in length and can be booked anytime during business hours, beginning at 9:30am. These Field Trips are limited to 30 children. Cost is $7 per child (discounts available for scholarship eligible schools).
- Field Trips for more than 30 students, or for classes who prefer a quieter visit, are available on Mondays when the Museum is closed to the public. Cost is $8 per child (discounts available for scholarship eligible schools). Private field trips must pay a minimum of $240 total.
- Two weeks advance reservations required.
- We do our best to accommodate your first choice, but please provide alternate dates and times.
- We require at least 1 chaperone for every 8 children.
- Any adults over a ratio of 1 adult per 5 children will be charged regular admission.
- All requests are subject to availability and reserved on a first come, first served basis.
- We will process your request within 5 business days and send you an email confirmation.
- If your request cannot be filled or we need more information, we will contact you.

To avoid overcrowding in the Museum, we are unable to accommodate any Field Trips during Thanksgiving week, BVSD Winter Break, and BVSD Spring Break. Thank you for your understanding.
