What: Help Green Venture and Trees for Hamilton plant trees at a Community Tree Planting Event in Ward 5!

When: October 2, 2020 - 9:30am- 12noon (morning shift)

Where: King St. East and Pottruff Road S. (See map below: meet at the greenspace adjacent to King St. E. just east of the Redhill Pkwy.)

Please note: Every adult (18 years+) attending the event must register below. A parent/guardian must complete this form for any youth (15-17) attending to complete their volunteer service hours. Please list any additional family members attending below. ** Space is very limited. If you sign up and cannot attend, please email garden@greenventure.ca to cancel your registration as soon as possible. **
