I have read the Return & Exchange Policy on the Peachtails Apparel website, and AGREE that the following are TRUE (NO EXCEPTIONS) by check-marking each statement. I also acknowledge that if an item is not check marked (agreeing to the statement), my Return or Exchange may be denied. *

Items were ONLY tried on (leggings tried on with underwear) and no fragrance, body odor, sweat, makeup, or other foreign trace showing wear was transferred onto the items during such try-on.

Items were not washed or exposed to outside environment past item try-on

I did not alter or intend to damage the product in any way

Any damage that was claimed to have existed on the product was received that way, and was not due to the way the package was handled, opened, or stored once it was out of the hands of Peachtails Apparel.
