Wednesday will be the club day at Cataloochee.

There are two scenarios for getting tickets - there will be questions below in the form for you answer.

This club is for beginners to experts - there will be something for all students.  There will be limited instruction.  If you want more instruction - please schedule a lesson through Cataloochee Ski Area.

You are responsible for your equipment - boots, skis, snow boards, skis, poles, helmet, clothing, googles, etc.

If you want to race - you will need to do that through the Cataloochee website.

Option 1: Bulk Season Pass

Option 1: Bulk Season Pass - For $275, here is what you get - CCMS would need a minimum of 15 participants - adults/parents/guardians and students count.  Regular price is $390.

Mon-Fri, anytime NON-HOLIDAY & ANY NON-HOLIDAY Night session starting at 5:00pm (includes weekends).

Any Saturday or Sunday day we are NOT open for night skiing/riding, excluding Christmas Eve (December 24th).

Holiday Blackout Dates:

Thanksgiving: 11/22/23 to 11/24/23

Christmas: 12/18/23 to 1/1/2024

MLK: 1/12/24 and 1/15/24

President's Day: 2/16/24 and 2/19/24

Option 2: FAMILY DAYS
Option 2: FAMILY DAYS - Every Wednesday, starting January 10th through the end of the season, parents can receive one complimentary slope pass for a child under 18 per full-priced adult slope pass purchased.

A 4 hour adult ticket = $42; so it would be $21 for a parent and child to ski/snowboard for 4 hours.

Pricing is not valid on holidays, or with any other program or discount.


Bulk Season Pass Payments
  • Payment in full in the form of a check made out to Cane Creek Middle School will need to be submitted by Fri, Nov 17
  • If this seems early - it is because I want you to get your pass as soon as possible for early skiing in Dec
  • As soon as Cataloochee opens - we can start going on Wednesday Nights
  • Write Student's name on check
  • Write Ski Club on the check
  • Once the all payments are sent in - CCMS will send payment to Cataloochee
  • Once payment has been sent to Cataloochee - you can pick up your pass in Guest Services
Options...
If 15 people do not sign up for the bulk option; we will default to the Family Days option.

For family days - you will pay at the ticket window at Cataloochee
