All players will be required to fill in the two medical forms which can be found at 
www.procricketacademies.com click the TOURNAMENTS TAB and you will find a link to them. I require both of these to be completed and emailed to me prior to the tournament.

Kit Size - I have some samples that selected players can try on to ensure they get the right size. Each player receives. 2 x playing shirts (1 x Long sleeve, 1 x short sleeve) 1 x training top, 1 x Cap, 1 x Playing trouser. There will be different designs/colours to the one below for this year's tournament.  *

Payment - (Costs have increased due to external overheads kit, courier, Import duty, food, ground hire etc). The tournament includes:

- Coloured clothing as per above
     * 2 x Playing shirts
     * 1 x Training top
     * 1 x Playing trouser
     * 1 x Training shorts
     * 1 x Cap

- Two meals per day
     * Lunch between innings
     * Evening meal

- Two Masterclasses 
    * 1 x Spin bowling 
    * 1 x Power hitting

- Trophies 
   * Winners
   * Runners up
   * Player of every match
   * Batter & Bowler of the tournament

- League panel umpires and scorers

- Pink balls supplied

- Coach/Manager of each team

- Minimum of five T20 games of cricket

I agree to me/my child taking part in the above tournament and understand its a selection process. They may have their photo taken and be filmed during the course of the tournament. The images and footage captured will be used on social media and Pro Cricket Academies website to promote future tournaments and courses. Once availability has been collated a squad will be picked on the 1st May 2024 for both U15 & U19 and parents will be informed by email. Those not selected will also be informed.
