Heavenly music. Seeing a harp is a rare treat....it's the perfect cake for the musician. In this 3-day workshop, you will learn how to use essential Royal Icing techniques to pipe and construct a decorative harp. You will also learn how we will use Over-piping, String Work and intricate Lace Work and other Royal Icing techniques to make an amazingly multi-layer cake.
