Annandale High School Parking Registration Form 2024-2025
Students parking in the Annandale High School parking lot MUST have a BLUE vehicle identification tag hanging from their rearview mirror.   To obtain the BLUE tag:
1)  Complete this form for each vehicle
2)  See Wendy in the office after the form is submitted (beginning Monday, SEPTEMBER 9)   If you have a tag from a previous year (23-24 - RED tag), please bring that tag to the office with you to TRADE it for your new BLUE tag.

NOTE:  Students will keep the same BLUE tag for the duration of the 2024-2025 school year.  If the student gets a different vehicle they must complete this form again and then go see Wendy in the office so she can transfer the tag number to the correct vehicle. If the tag gets lost the student must come to the office and purchase a replacement tag for $5. Tags from previous years must be turned in to get a new tag.
