St. Andrew Nativity School is a tuition-free school that only accepts students who qualify for free or reduced-price lunches through the National School Lunch Program (NSLP). Therefore, we require information about family finances for verification.

Each family must submit a copy of their 2023 Federal Income Tax Return form 1040, 1040A, or 1040EZ & any additional Schedules as well as all 2023 W2 Wage and Tax Statement forms, all 2023 1099/1099R for Interest/Dividends, and documentation of total amounts received in 2023 for all non-taxable income. If you do not file taxes, please contact the Nativity front office for more information about income verification.

St. Andrew Nativity School applications will not be accepted without proof of income.
