Summer Enrollment Forms (2023)
Please fill out this form once for each child enrolling in the program.

We are offering Private Tutoring (online or in-person) for all grades.
Subject Tutoring: focused tutoring in a specific subject from a customed learning plan
Summer School Support: private tutoring to support students in summer school classes
Available between 9a-7p from June 19th - August 11th

For students in grades 6 - 12, we are also offering online small group classes:
Foundations of Alg & Geo: prep classes for middle and high school math
Socratic Honors Academy: honors-level literature program, includes trips to museums and art/cultural locations
Classes run from July 3 - August 10th, times listed on website

If your child is enrolling for summer school support, we would ask that you share your child's Aeries login so we can track their grades and assignment progress. While this is optional, it ensures better results for students so we can catch when assignments are missing or when test scores are low.
