2024 USAWE International Training Camp Registration Form
**UPDATE 12/31/23 - riding and auditor spots filled; wait list started**

Participation requires current USAWE membership. Once your registration is submitted you should receive an invoice within 5 days (not including weekends); invoice payment is due upon receipt. Training Camp registration is not complete until you have paid 100% of your registration fees, completed an International Team Rider Code of Conduct form and completed the Expression of Interest form.  A Rider Competition Plan is also required. All forms are available on the usawe.org website > International page.

A separate registration form must be submitted for each rider-horse pair ~OR~ auditor. 

Training Camp #1 will be held at Weatherford TX. (Priority will be given to Central Zone riders; however, riders from outside central zone will be accepted as space allows).  Training Camp riding spots are for L4-L7; Others are welcome to audit.

This clinic is the first of three International Rider Development Programs to be held in 2024; one each within the Central, Eastern, and Western Zones of USA Working Equitation. Two more ‘Train to Win’ events are being planned for the Western and Eastern Zones in 2024. These additional clinic details will be released as soon as we have dates and locations set.

R - Rider Registration (L4-L7 Rider-Horse Pair) 

$200 per ride (limit 2 rides) A separate registration is required per horse for riders with multiple horses.

Rider registration includes rider auditing.

$100 per day (choose one, two or three days); $300 all (4) days

SA - Silent Auditor (non-rider)

$50 per day (choose one, two or three days); $150 all (4) days

Rider Horse Stall - $40 per day (or day/night)

Note: Facility does not allow outside bedding.

I hereby grant and authorize USA Working Equitation (USAWE) the right to take, edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, distribute and make use of any and all pictures or video taken of me by USAWE to be used in and/for legally promotional materials including, but not limited to training, newsletters, flyers, posters, brochures, advertisements, fundraising letters, annual reports, press kits and submissions to journalists, websites, social networking sites and other print and digital communications, without payment or any other consideration.  This authorization extends to all languages, media, formats and markets now known or hereafter devised.  This authorization shall continue indefinitely, unless I otherwise revoke said authorization in writing.

I understand and agree that these materials shall become the property of USAWE and will not be returned. 

I hereby hold harmless, and release USAWE from all liability, petitions, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representative, executors, administrators, or any other persons may make while acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate.

  • Please contact Secretary@usawe.org if you do not receive your invoice within 5 days (not including weekends) of your submission.
  • Please pay your invoice right away. Your registration is NOT COMPLETE without payment. Please check your Spam folder for your invoice and for your copy of this registration if you don't see it in your inbox.
  • Your registration is not complete until you have paid 100% of your registration fee, submitted a completed International Code of Conduct form (email it to International@usawe.org) and completed the Expression of Interest form.
