Note: All scholarship funds are limited. Therefore, the applicant is responsible for any lodging expenses if they are not included with scholarship award. Parking, mileage, and any other travel expenses will NOT be covered by scholarship. All linens will be provided for Extension agent stays. You'll have the opportunity to indicate in the following question whether you prefer single or double dorm room occupancy.

In order to keep costs to minimum we encourage you to share a dorm room with a roommate of your choice. Please indicate the name of an extension agent you would like to room with during the conference or if you require a private single occupancy room.

Conference registration includes breakfast and lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday, and one ticket to the Taste of the Highlands Farm Dinner on Tuesday evening. Please indicate which conference meals you will be eating.*
