Welcome to the first Annual Charles County Hispanic Heritage Month Celebration! We will have the finale celebration on October 14, 2023 from 12 pm-5pm at the Shops of Waldorf (3003 Festival Way, Waldorf, MD 20603). We will be highlighting and commemorating the achievements and contributions of Hispanic Americans who have inspired others to achieve success and have helped shape our country.
In partnership with The Shops of Waldorf, Charles County Rise, LB Innovations, Charles County Moms of Color, Southern Marylanders for Racial Equality, and Phoenix International we bring you this years theme "Siempre Unidos" to ensure together we are building, supporting, uplifting, and celebrating our Hispanic/Latino/Latina/Afro Latino community in Charles County, MD. This cultural event offers a way for us to celebrate the rich history and culture of Latin American people as well as a way for us to continue meeting the needs and building the capacity of our Hispanic community in Southern Maryland.
