Please fill out this registration form.  Even if you are undecided whether or not to participate in the program, please fill out as we are seeking information that will help us plan our season.  There are many things we don't know yet, but here is what we do know with the guidelines in place as of October 22, 2020:

-We will run practices in pods of 25 people or less
-No intermixing of pods
-This program is for ZM students only in grades PreK-6th grade
-Temp/health screenings will be performed before every practice
-No parents or guardians are allowed in the school building
-We will not be allowed to hold any tournaments, games, or scrimmages with participants outside the ZM district in the ZM school buildings
-There will be changes and we need to adapt with grace
-Practices won't start earlier than December 21st

To be decided:
-Pod assignments
-Days of week/times pods will practice
-Cost of the program
