MCS Parent Portal Activation or Account                                        Reset Request
If you are the parent or legal guardian of a child in a Madison County School and you need your activation key to access Parent Portal, or if you have an existing Parent Portal account that needs to be reset please complete the questions below.  Your Parent Portal login information will be sent to the email address you provide.  Thank you.

PLEASE NOTE:  This is not an automated process.  Each submitted request is reviewed individually and a response may be delayed during high volume times such as the beginning of the new school year.  Please do NOT submit the same request multiple times.
