WCC Europe invites everybody to join the first annual conference organized in the framework of the “Crafting the Future” project. This year the focus will be on the necessary skills for the next generation of craftspeople. Hosted by CEARTE at the Museu de Arte Popular in Lisbon on June 29th at 2.30pm GMT+1, “Crafting the Future – Skills for the next generation of craftspeople” is one of the side events scheduled during the next WCC Europe GA.
The conference wants to create a common space where to listen to relevant inputs regarding education, life-long learning, training and other aspects related to the transmission of knowledge and skills to younger generations, the sustainability aspects of the processes, and the accreditation systems in different European countries. Each of these topics will be addressed by experts from all over Europe. In order to actively engage the public, more attention will be given to the Question & Answers’ sessions.
The conference will be delivered in English language, and is free to join both in person and online.
