Parent/Guardians of Incoming Kindergarteners!

If your child will be five (5) by August 1st (or plan to have your child complete an early entry exam) and you plan to enroll your child for Kindergarten in McCracken County Public Schools, please complete the following Intent Form so we can communicate with you and provide you with all of the upcoming information you need to know!

The school you select below will communicate with you regarding Kindergarten PRE-Registration Night- March 8.

Needed Documentation for Kindergarten Entry:
Please know that for your child to have their registration finalized and for them to start Kindergarten in the 2022-23 school year, they MUST have the following documents completed and turned in to your school. These forms can be turned in when your school requests them.

--Immunizations
--Vision Exam
--Dental Exam
--Two (2) proofs of residency (rental agreement, electric bill, phone bill, driver's license, etc.)
