The proof of payment must follow the filename format COMPLETE NAME_CONFERENCE PAYMENT_DATE OF PAYMENT (e.g., RIZAL, JOSE_CONFERENCE PAYMENT_AUGUST 30, 2021). A clear copy of the deposit/payment transaction must be provided. For Western Union transactions, please include in the email body the MTCN/Reference number of the transaction.
