Completion of this application does not guarantee inclusion on the Nebraska Earth Day Passport. Exhibitors must comply with our requirement to increase public awareness of environmental issues. In the case your application is turned down, you will receive a letter of explanation and a refund of any fees submitted. Once accepted and we receive your payment, your registration is complete and you will then complete a second form detailing your passport challenge. All information provided is for internal use only.
