Please complete form by selecting dates needed before FRIDAY 17th JULY to retain your place. All sessions booked must be paid before the end of the first week of each new term. Cash or Cheque (made payable to Ardleigh Green Junior School) can be handed into the Junior or Infant school office. We also accept childcare vouchers. Cost of each session is £10 or £9 each sibling. Bookings cannot be cancelled or transferred.
