NWB and DANDI Workshop at Baylor College of Medicine
Representatives from the Neurodata Without Borders (NWB) data standard and DANDI Archive teams, Ryan Ly and Ben Dichter, will be organizing a talk and workshop at Baylor College of Medicine April 15 and 16, 2024. Please RSVP below so that we can get a headcount and can cater the workshop to your data needs.

Agenda

April 15, 11am - 3pm: NWB and DANDI training

  • 11-12: Introduction to NWB and DANDI
  • 12-1: Networking lunch
  • 1-2: Converting data to NWB
  • 2-3: Publishing data the DANDI Archive

April 16, 9am - 3pm: NWB and DANDI hacking & office hours. Participant will bring their own data and work with the NWB and DANDI teams to convert their data to NWB and publish it on DANDI.
