Registration for Milwood Art Day Registration - Sat. April 6, 2024
The next Milwood Art Day will be on Saturday, April 6, 2024 from **10am to 2pm** (times might shift still, TBD by planning committee). The format will most likely be a central location with the option for artists to also choose a another hub location or to be listed at their individual locations in Milwood and Walnut Crossing neighborhoods. Please fill out the below form to start your registration for the event.

* Please note we will not be promoting addresses outside of the Millwood/Walnut Crossing area. Artists outside of this area are welcome to display at Central Location or at a hub location or alternative address that we are happy to arrange.

** Please note that this only provides an empty 10x10 space at the Central Location or Your Location of Choice within Milwood/Walnut Crossing Neighborhood Boundaries. Registration does NOT include tents, tables, chairs or anything else they would need to set up your display.

Do you agree to have pictures of yourself and your artwork posted to social media, website, flyers and all things related to Milwood Art Day's event? *
Please agree that there is NO refund for your registration. If the original Sat. April 6 date gets rained out then we will have a back-up date of Sat. April 13, if that is rained out then we will try to find an indoor accommodation for the event but that is not guaranteed so 50% of your registration fees can be moved to your balance owed for another Milwood Art Day within a year, if one occurs but there is NO guarantee as this event is volunteer driven.

Please be aware that the registration costs cover a 10x10ft booth space at the Central Location hub or a listing of your address at another spot if you prefer. It also covers: marketing, printing, day of event costs, website, etc.
