By filling out this form you're placing your team on the waitlist for one of the cabins or pony houses on site at Galway Downs. There are a limited number of reservations available and they will be accepted in the order they are received. If your reservation is accepted we will notify you via email at which point we will ask you to pay 50% upfront to lock in the reservation; the final 50% payment will be due July 23rd.

Checkin is after 3:00PM on Friday, July 29th. Checkout is before 11:00AM on Sunday, July 31st.

There are 4 cabins available on site at this event, they say each sleeps 12 people. We've arranged the following deal with the facility:
- 4 cabins | 4BR/4BA | $690/night + tax - have 2 bedrooms that each have a king bed; and another 2 bedrooms that each have 2 queen beds; full kitchen; 4 full bathrooms

PONY HOUSES

There are 6 pony houses available on site for this event, they say each sleeps 3-4 people. We've arranged the following deal with the facility:
- 6 pony houses | 2BR/1BA | $190/night + tax - have 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the other with a full bed; 1 full bathroom; mini kitchen
