Argadells is located on the Ardenvale Road, approximately 28 kilometres north of Quorn. Quorn is an outback town 41km north-east from Port Augusta where you can purchase all of the necessities required.
According to Google maps is a 4hr and 4 mins drive from my place at Greenwith. Via Pt Wakefield Rd. Turn off Highway One at Stirling North (7km south of Port Augusta.) Alternatively travel from Adelaide via Clare (3.5 to 4 hours) Which is the way I’ll head up.
We will be heading up on Friday morning with a view to arriving late morning, I’m sure we can organize access for Thursday if anyone wants to venture up that way a little earlier.
An historic working sheep property set amongst 32 square kilometres of spectacular scenery, just 28 kilometres north of Quorn on the Arden Vale Road. Nestled between Warren Gorge and Buckaringa Gorge, Argadells offers the perfect location for a getaway in some of the best scenery anywhere in the Flinders Ranges.
