1. Agreement:
By booking a video marketing package with Merlot Vision Productions, the client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
2. Payment:
- Payment for the selected package is due in full before the start of the project.
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due on or before the project start date.
- Payments can be made via invoice.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
- Rescheduling can be accommodated based on availability and must be requested at least 4 days before the scheduled start date.
4. Services:
- Promo Video: A promotional video tailored to the client's brand or product, suitable for online advertising and social media marketing.
- Social Media Content: Six videos designed specifically for social media platforms, aimed at engaging the audience and promoting the brand.
- Visual Content: High-quality visual content, including graphics, animations, or other visual elements, to enhance the brand's online presence.
- Photoshoot: A photoshoot to capture professional images for the brand, product, or team, suitable for use in marketing materials or on social media.
5. Ownership and Usage Rights:
- Merlot Vision Productions retains ownership of all raw footage and final edited content.
- The client receives full rights to use the final edited content for promotional purposes, including online advertising and social media marketing.
- Merlot Vision Productions reserves the right to use any material produced during the project for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
6. Liability:
- Merlot Vision Productions is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to, loss of income, loss of data, or any other incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to the project.
7. Monthly Recurring Deal:
- The monthly recurring deal includes all services listed above and is valid for 1 month from the start date.
- Payments for the monthly recurring deal are due on a monthly basis, in advance of each month's services.
- Cancellation of the monthly recurring deal requires 14 days notice.
8. Agreement to Terms:
- By booking a video marketing package with Merlot Vision Productions, the client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions.
