We are back with a new webinar series on place-led development: development that matters. This time we'll be diving into Little C. An exciting project in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. That transformed the formerly bleak and raw Coolhaven waterfront into a green and friendly living and park area.

On February 29th, together with Jaakko van ‘t Spijker from JVST. We will take a deep dive into an area that focuses on a mix of housing, offices, commercial and retail spaces on a grid that created a refined urban fabric with delicate and intimate interstitial spaces. The concept of this urban neighborhood is to provide an ensemble of relatively small buildings that intuitively relates to the human scale.
