Yo! I am SO EXCITED that you have decided to pull up this application because that means that you think you are ready to make a change for the better in your life. This community is ALL about a fresh start!  Let's celebrate ourselves exactly where we're at and focus on FEELING GOOD! 

The energy inside Team Athletic Mama is amazing - and YOU can feel that too!

From a body positive place we're going to elevate our inner athlete by pressing reset on our unhealthy habits so we can move into summer working towards becoming the best version of ourselves!

Of course there's going to be:

With the May workout  - FOCUS T25, Shaun T  gives you the freedom to push your own limits in just 25 minutes, whether you’re sweating it out to cardio and strength workouts or hopping on the bike for inspirational rides that take your mind and body to new heights. The FOCUS T25 Super Block is 3 weeks of cardio, weighted and bodyweight moves, and dynamic core work that all intentionally progress week by week as you get stronger. It’s intense but you don’t have to jump in at max effort—follow Shaun’s modifications to get results at your own pace.

THIS COMMUNITY IS ALL ABOUT GENERATING MOTIVATION AND BUILDING CONSISTENCY IN THE ACTIONS THAT MOVE YOU TOWARDS BUILDING YOUR HEALTH ESTEEM!

We'll spend the next 4 weeks together preparing for focus, strength and transformation from the inside out. We will be choosing to move + fuel our bodies, and celebrating our commitment to ourselves!

WE ALWAYS HAVE THE POWER TO TAKE CONTROL OF OUR PERSONAL WELLNESS. THIS IS THE YEAR WE'RE GIVING IT OUR ALL.

You will have ALL the tools at your fingertips to ensure your success -- if you let it, THIS will be the decision that changes your whole LIFE.

My focus is NOT to help you achieve "overnight results" and I am NOT offering you a "quick fix".  My focus is on LONG-term results, both physically and mentally, that are maintainable and realistic for you.
