Conditions of Hire:
- All parties are held on Sunday afternoons only.
- Parties are held on our lower lawn area (subject to change by WMRS).
- Tables and chairs are provided.
- Vehicles used for loading/unloading must do so outside of the public opening times (typically 2pm - 5pm)
- Children must be supervised at all times.
- No alcohol is to be brought onsite.
- Children under 1 cannot ride on trains.
- Outside entertainment is permitted (for example, bouncy castles or children's entertainer etc.). The party organiser must ensure adequate insurance is taken out.
- All rubbish must be removed from the railway at the end of the party.

Cost of Hire:
-The cost of the venue is £75.00 for up to 30 children.
- PLUS (Tickets sold in multiples of 10). Pre-booked train tickets are recommended for purchase before your party and are available at a special rate of £2.00 per ticket. Additional tickets are available on the day at the regular price of £2.50 (suburban route only).
- Full payment is required to confirm your booking. Payment via BACS is preferred, but cheques can be accepted.
- A booking confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm your booking, and this will provide details on the payment process.
