ROBC VBS 2023 Child Registration 
This is the Child (Kindergarten-6th Grade) Registration Form for ROBC VBS 2023. 
If you are registering multiple children, a new form must be filled out for each child. 
It is REQUIRED that a Medical Authorization Form is filled out for all VBS participants under the age of 18 and must be turned into the Church Office or emailed to ajohnston@robc.org.
