Dear Prospective Kindergarten Parents,

You are cordially invited to attend the 2024 Ridgeview Kindergarten Orientation on August 8th from 5:30-7:00 pm in the APR/cafeteria. We will be having a cookout for families and their kindergarten students from 5:30-6:00pm. Following the meal, students will participate in activities with the kindergarten teachers while parents participate in a short presentation about the program and what they can expect next year. Please bring all your students school supplies! We look forward to seeing everyone!

To help you begin planning, you will need to provide the following items before school starts next fall. We suggest getting these requirements completed early summer.

Official CERTIFIED copy of your child's birth record (a hospital copy is not acceptable by the Illinois State Board of Education regulations)

Completed Physical, including all required immunizations

Completed Dental Exam - November 15, 2021

Completed Eye Exam with an Optometrist

Completed Blood Lead Test (it is required for our school district) not needed if previously completed for PK
