By submitting this application,
I understand the following:1. Funds requests are submitted no later than November 30th.
2. If funding request is approved, the following guidelines apply:
a. Funds are generally not available until after March 1st.
b. The Elder/Chairperson over the NPC Ministry or submitter of this request must coordinate with the NPC Treasurer for a check.
c. Once funds are spent, please update the NPC Endowment Committee.
d. If the event it cancelled, update the NPC Endowment Committee.
e. If any funds are returning, update the NPC Endowment Committee.
