The Coimbra Space Summer School is a summer school dedicated to attract students, researchers and entrepreneurs to explore the space economy. This edition takes place in presence, for 3 days, between  September 6 to 8, 2023, with a diversified programme of activities! it combines the sharing of knowledge, contact with people, entities and companies linked to the space; challenges to generate business ideas; giveaways and prizes. All this in a stimulating environment with a good mood. 3 DAYS FULL OF SPACE! We rely on the involvement of the network of incubators that collaborate at national level in the ESA BIC Portugal incubation programme, with our partner in organizing the Geophysical and Astronomical Observatory of the University of Coimbra and with Erasmus Mundus GeoPlaNet of the University of Nantes, with companies and mentors in our community. Applications are open between June 30 and August 31, 2023. Target-participants: Higher Education students, researchers from entities of the National Scientific and Technological System (SCTN), entrepreneurs. People interested in exploring the potential of space to create business, with motivation and curiosity to know and propose ideas on how space can improve our daily lives, creating innovative services or products that incorporate space assets.
