We are currently recruiting! PHASE-IX was specially founded to address the lack of women representing the Pharmaceutical Industry in leadership roles despite making up approximately 60% of the workforce. We are a non-profit organisation with an initiative to introduce an influx of women into the pharmaceutical sector and empower them to set their visions beyond the stars to land the most prestigious and well-deserved leadership roles in the industry.
