Aloha Seariders. Please fill out the following sign-up form if you are interested in trying out for any of those sports this coming fall.

If you are in need of a sports physical, the WCCHC Clinic (located on our campus) will be offering appointments for the fall season sports. Appointments must be scheduled in advance. To schedule an appointment, please call the clinic directly at 697-3520. Attached is the form that you must bring with you to your appointment (requires parent/guardian signature). This is a great opportunity to get your required sports physical completed before conditioning for your sports begins.

Please note that this form is simply to indicate your INTEREST in trying out for a fall sport and is in no way binding. If you have any questions please call the WHS Athletics Office at 697-9400.
