Join AZLA in supporting SWCOLT as we host the 2025 conference in Phoenix together! This is our BIGGEST PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT EVENT and FUNDRAISER FOR AZLA.
We seek enthusiastic volunteers to help make this year's conference an unforgettable experience for all attendees. Be a part of creating a memorable event that will inspire and educate language teachers from all over the country. Here are the conference committees we are looking to create. Check those that you would be interested in exploring further. Click here to read full descriptions of each committee and their responsibilities:

Solutions (provide directions, safety pins, pens, stapler, rubber bands, markers etc.)**NEED MANY VOLUNETEERS
Graphics (Create and print posters - award winners, at-a-glance programs, scholarship winners, directional posters)
Registration (Help the Registrars check in attendees as needed) *** NEED MANY VOLUNTEERS
Hospitality (gather info regarding visitor information, restaurants, tours, coupons/discounts etc.)
AV/technology (help set-up, trouble-shoot, take down, obtain necessary items etc.)
Exhibits (greet, direct and help with exhibits and exhibitors)
Meals (create centerpieces, collect tickets for luncheons etc.)
Student Marshals /Coordinators (direct attendees, help with av, room counts, help whenever/wherever needed
Local VIP (pick-up at airport and greet the VIP's arriving from out of town)
Roadrunner Session Coordinator - set up and facilitate 15 sessions
Entertainment - provide background entertainment before the luncheon and/or the membership reception
Dual Language Immersion Site Visitation (help set up/coordinate 1 day of DLI site visits)
Check volunteer opportunities (non-committee) that you would be interested exploring further.
