REGISTRATION PANDEMIC PLASTIC RUSH
Pandemic Plastic Rush is a national programme by the Wave Makers of Girl Guides Association of Malaysia which aims to spread awareness about plastic issues as well as to reduce plastic usage in our daily lives. From this activity, we hope that people will realise about the dangers of plastic usage.

This registration form will only be open from the 16th July 2021 till the 23rd July 2021. Please fill up this form using PERSONAL email and NOT MOE email. After you have filled up this form, you will receive an email that you have used to fill this form regarding the link and code to your respective google classroom. Please remember the email that you have used. Google classroom will be the medium that we will be using throughout this programme.

This programme will officially begin on the 26th July 2021 and will end on 29th August 2021. E. -certificates will be given to you when you have completed all the activities and submit according to the stated dates. We hope that by registering to this activity, you will be able to reduce your plastic usage.

"Pandemic Plastic Rush" ialah salah satu program kebangsaan yang dianjurkan oleh Wave Makers Persatuan Pandu Puteri Malaysia. Program ini bertujuan untuk memberikan kesedaran tentang masalah plastik dan mengurangkan kegunaan plastik dalam kehidupan seharian. Melalui program ini, kami berharap bahawa orang ramai sedar akan keburukan kegunaan plastik.

Borang penyertaan ini akan dibuka dari 16 Julai 2021 hingga 23 Julai 2021. Sila isi borang ini menggunakan e-mel PERIBADI dan BUKAN e-mel MOE.  Selepas anda melengkapkan borang ini, anda akan menerima e-mel yang anda gunakan untuk mengisi borang ini tentang kod dan pautan ke google classroom. Sila ingat e-mel yang anda telah gunakan Google classroom ialah medium yang akan digunakan sepanjang program ini.

Program ini akan bermula pada 26 Julai 2021 dan akan berakhir pada 29 Ogos 2021. Semua peserta akan memperoleh e-Sijil setelah menyempurnakan kesemua aktiviti dan mengemukakannya pada tarikh yang ditetapkan. Kami berharap  anda dapat mengurangkan kegunaan plastik anda dengan menyertai aktiviti ini.
