By submitting this form, I understand and agree to the following items:***Someone must be posted at the school entry door throughout the event who will act as a greeter directing visitors to the location of the event and to ensure that no unauthorized building entry Occurs. ****The reserved areas must be left in the same condition in which they were found, to include trash cleanup. There is a minimum custodial charge of $18/hour, per custodian, that may be assessed.
