Please complete this form to sign your child(ren) up for the SAU 36 K-8 Summer Learning Camp program to be held at Whitefield Elementary School. This is for students currently in grades K-8. The program will run from 8:00am -11:00am on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays on the dates listed below. We are pleased to support students in academic and social-emotional areas.  Transportation pick up and drop off at central points will be offered in Whitefield at the Town Square and in Lancaster at Colonel Town.  A bag lunch will be sent home with your child when they leave at 11:00am.
