This is a "live" document, so if you get an error that someone else is in it or can't change things, either just calculate it using the below instructions, or wait a bit and try again. Don't forget to click submit on THIS page, as well as paying on PayPal.

First:
Start with the ride fee for the distance you're riding:
100 miles = $130
75 miles = $ 130
50 miles = $115
30 miles = $115
Intro = $35

Next:
Apply any applicable discounts:
Juniors ride free, thanks to Mary & Anna Memorial Fund
Ride Managers who offer discounts to other RMs at their own rides get 50% off (but no other discounts)
Current PNER members (and yes, we'll check if dues are paid) get $5 off

Finally:
Add $15 insurance fee if you are not an AERC member AND are riding 30 miles or more (does not apply to intro rides). We will verify membership on the AERC website. This DOES apply to Junior riders--so, they'll need to pay $15 to ride if they are not an AERC member.

Then it's time to pay:
We VASTLY prefer payments by PayPal to santiamcascade@gmail.com. If you can't pay by that method, e-mail that same address to discuss options. PLEASE include a comment on PayPal with your name as registered here (PayPal often has a different name that shows up on our end) as well as the distance, discounts, and additions you're including. Include this information for every horse/rider pair if you're paying for more than one.
