Nomination Form for 2019

Rules

All answers (except for nominating best photo) must simply include a GC code.
All GC codes must be for caches that are placed in Victoria and were published between 1/1/2019 and 31/12/2019
Caches must be of the correct type (ie don't nominate a puzzle for Best Trad)
Only 1 nomination form to be filled out per caching team. No puppet accounts.
For Best Series, the series must comprise of at least 5 caches, the majority of which were published in 2019. Nominate the GC code of one of the caches in the series for the whole series to receive the nomination
For Best Photo, simply paste the URL of the photo to nominate the photo.
