A volunteer information reception is scheduled on June 21, 2022 at the Parish Center for the Arts, where we will discuss more details about the event. Please indicate below if you are able to attend the reception.

Art drop-off: Sunday, September 18: 4:00 - 8:00 p.m.

Art drop-off: Monday, September 19, 2020 7:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.

Art hanging: Monday, September 19 after drop-off

Adult art reception set up/clean up: Friday, September 23 5:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Children's art reception set up/clean up: Saturday, September 24 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Art take-down & pick-up: Sunday, October 2, 2020, 2:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
