A few details:
Departure: Thursday, Nov 16 about 10 am
Return: Sunday Nov 19 about 2pm
Lodging: AirBNB in Indy close to downtown. 9 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and kitchen for own food. You can see the lodging here:

Meals: Breakfast and lunch are included. we will bring food to pack lunch each day. Dinners will cost about $20 per person and will be at local restaurants. Bring dinner money about $150 is recommended for Thur, Fri, Sat and Lunch Thur. and Sunday
Activities: we usually get workshop and activity descriptions before the trip so we can plan some of our time.
Transportation: car-may rent mini-vans, will also use chaperone cars (parents or adults who are attending)
