Please note - even if you select one role, you may be able to perform multiple. It would be the decision of the committee.
1. President: the principal executive officer, preside at all the meetings of the Executive Committee, appoint ad hoc committees as and when necessary.2. Vice President: assist the President in all matters and assume the duties of the President in his/her absence
3. Secretary: custodian of all records and papers belonging to MMKC, keep minutes of all the meetings; maintain a correct list of all members, give proper notice of all the General Body meetings to the members.
4. Treasurer: receive all monies, official bookkeeper of all MMKC finances, submission the accounts to such examinations as per the committee's advice, maintain receipts, details of spending, prepare and file the tax returns, submit to the succeeding Treasurer, make account details available to all MMKC members, help with the audit, if required, advise the committee of available funds
5. Program Management Lead: To overlook all the program arrangements, conduct meetings, if required, keep the community updated
6. Facilities Management Lead: Coordinate with facilities, identify optimum options, keep records, keep the committee updated
7. Creative Lead: Announce, organize, manage creative projects of MMKC, facilitate magazine teams
8. Food Management Lead: Organize food committee, communicate with members, outsource as required and as advised by the committee, manage budgets for food arrangements, manage team for serving, manage equipment
9. Music/Speaker Arrangement Lead: Organize team for managing speakers, mic and other equipment, arrange music tracks, assist program lead
10. Youth Committee Coordination Lead: For adults (21 years and above) - act as mentors for the youth
11. Communication Lead: Keep website, facebook, instagram, email, WhatsApp updated, launch RSVP, keep RSVP lists updated, coordinate with the committee members
12. Youth Committee: Work under the guidance of youth committee coordinator, organize and implement projects and programs for youth, adults, seniors, etc.
13. Fund Raiser Lead: Make calls, cold calls to the prospective advertisers, offer benefits, arrange for outreach, come up with fund raiser programs, implement upon approval of the committee
14. Others: You may opt to join the committee and volunteer for duties, which are not listed here
