ViP Summer Student Registration Form-Non Partner
*ViP Summer is now at capacity and our waitlist is full. We will be opening our fall registration in August. Please check back then! Have a great summer!*

Welcome! We are glad you reached out for assistance! ViP SUMMER (June 21-August 13)
For summer, we are adjusting our 1x week sessions to a 1-on-1 schedule with a tutor of at least 6-7 summer sessions either 1x week or multiple sessions in a one or two week schedule depending on the student/tutor match and their summer schedules.

We are holding in-person sessions at local Forsyth County libraries and are still offering virtual sessions as well. Below, you will find an option that will ask you whether you prefer in-person or virtual (Zoom). For in-person sessions, we will do our best to accommodate your library location of choice. In line with the Governor’s announcement and CDC guidelines, we are leaving it up to you (and our tutors) as to whether masks are worn for in-person sessions or not. The missed session policies will remain the same as virtual.

If you prefer to discuss things first with a director before registering, please email us info@viptutoring.org so that we may resolve any questions or concerns before completing this form.

Our website is viptutoring.org. Please check us out there and follow our FB/Instagram social media (quick links on our website home page) to stay updated on our program!

We will be contacting you from our ViP email or text (the option you choose below) to notify you of a tutor match as soon as we have one. Once your student is matched with a tutor, please support us and your student by setting reminders of when weekly sessions take place, checking your Remind app & email regularly, and communicating with your tutor as needed. For virtual/Zoom sessions, the student should be prepared to have their camera and audio on. Our tutors are a select team of teacher-recommended & trained high school student tutors enrolled in advanced or college-level coursework. Unfortunately, they are not certified or equipped to assist students with special needs. We appreciate your understanding.
Both the ViP Tutor and Student Code of Conduct are available on our website under the FAQ/Documents page. We have students waiting and our tutors do a lot to prepare for sessions, so we cannot accommodate no-shows without notice to your tutor or consistently late students.
