SMS- Summer Enrichment Application- Summer 2024

Current SMS students who are interested in taking a course for enrichment purposes must complete this form.  Also if registering for an online course through Parkland High School (PHS), students and their families must remit separate payment (i.e.- check or money order made payable to Parkland School District) to their respective middle school guidance counselor as follows :

Only students who complete the registration form and submit payment (where applicable) will be considered for summer enrichment programming.  Those who fail to complete all requirements will not be permitted to participate.  Please note that the deadline for completing this is Friday, April 19, 2024.
