 Horns of Hope Convoy meetings are held usually monthly up until the final countdown prior to the event. The last 6 weeks, meetings will be held every 1 to 2 weeks,  depending where we are for preparation for the event. What time would you most likely be able to attend a monthly meeting? *
All volunteers must attend a minimum of 6 meetings prior to the day of the event! All volunteers that are unable to attend will not be eligible to be a leader. However, if work schedules or life in general interfere with the meeting times,  you will be expected to meet 1:1 with a group leader for the section you will be volunteering in. You must meet atleast 2 times prior to the event to volunteer the day of. Do you agree to attend atleast 6 meetings or atleast 2 times prior with a leader? *
For the safety of Horns of Hope Convoy, we require you to pass a background check prior to any volunteer work. Do you understand that any background check that does not meet our requirements, will result in dismissal of volunteering? *
