This form is for you to register your details as part of 2023 HAW Capital League Spitfires.

By submitting this form, the player nominated (and if under 18, their parent/carer) agrees to abide by the Hockey Australia Code of Conduct which is part of your hockey registration. You are also committing to be a financial member with Hockey Albury Wodonga and its affiliate in 2023.

For all players under 18, all emails will be sent to the parent/carer, copy to the player.
